What is the best internatiol calling card to use for calls from US home phones to a cell phone in rural Kenya?

I have made a few calls on a Geo-Africa calling card that states,for example, 1 hr 11 minutes available, but I get cut off after only 40 minutes stating time had expired. This drives the rate from a published 14.5 cents/minute to over 25 cents/min. Is there a more reliable card?

(vi) Depends also on location and whether the card is meant for a different location

Reply:calling cards are actually the cheapest methods to call India. Though we use Skype. It comes out costlier to use skype. About twice as much costly but the sound quality is good. For calling cards, i would suggest STi Phone cards. they are $5 dollars for a regular card and give you an hour of talktime. you can also buy them online with ur credit card.
Reply:I'm not sure if this will help, but you can purchase a SIM card with prepaid minutes, where you can call any number in India, as long as you still have minutes remaining. It works the same way as a calling card, however newer technology. I don't really know any providers who have this service, because I don't live in India. However, I was there not too long ago, and noticed this option.

I'm having trouble finding a calling card that doesn't overcharge when you make the actual call. They keep overcharging me, and then when I call their customer service they say it was a mistake, and I eventually get refunded. This happens to me with different companies......
