What are the most affordable Internet Calling cards?

I want to distribute internet calling cards to local residents. It's very expensive to make long-distance calls with our phone service provider. I'd rather not use alternatives such as Yahoo Voice; I am strictly looking for Internet Calling cards. Thanks for any source.

So, say if you watch a video of 6-7 min...you have enough credit to make an international phone call. Keep watching more ads and you get enough, so that you don't pay for yer phone calls anymore. Or, if you wanna pay - you still can. It is still a hell lot cheaper as compared to Skype.





2nd option:





Free PC-2-Phone calls to over 45 countries - but you still gotta recharge, at first, for (10euros) - cuz not every country is free. Also, to call the free countries, you'll need to recharge and keep some money in yer account.
