I gave my friend a Cici calling card + called into customer service to make sure that no numbers would show up on her bill and that it would work with a cellphone and they said yes and now she has a ridiculous cellphone bill (with verizon) and I'm really confused because the minutes on the calling card were being used up even though it wasn't working... can anyone explain this or let me know if there's any point in contacting Cici to see if they'll cover the charges?
