All calling cards have a mandatory fee when used with a pay phone. They can vary, but can be substantial. The last time I tried that, I was charged a dollar or more for using a pay phone. I won't do that again. I'm sticking to my pre-paid cell phone.!
Are there any calling cards that dont have a connection fee or other service charge for use from pay phones?
