What is the best calling card to use to call the Philippines?

I have tried the calling card I use domestically but when I call the philippines, I can never get through, have a lousy connection or some random recording telling me why I cant reach the party I'm calling......

Ive been there and I know exactly what you mean. Forget about those calling cards you buy at shops, they are biggest scams. I finally settled with the company Nobel.com they have prepaid cards that you can purchase over the internet or call them, I have the Emerald Plan for calling Phil.

Reply:if your calling from the usa, i would suggest that you try the asian card ( thats the name ) I found it to be reasonably reliable,and it offers more minutes than the others.
