Calling cards in Greifswald Germany?

Does anyone know where we can buy a calling card to call the USA if we are in Greifswald, Germany. I have a friend there, and they say everyone is rude an do not help them.

Search for best rates from the country you are calling from and to. They send the number to call via email. I called Hungary from US for less than 5 cents a minute.
Reply:Why do you not phone with skype trough the internet? That is absolutly free of costs.

Reply:You can buy them at most "Kiosks" (small stands that sell newspapers), just ask for an "internationale telefon karte". I can't remember where any of these are in downtown Greifswald off the top of my head, but if your friends ask at the Info stand (designated by a large blue "I") I'm sure they'll help them out.
