I was just wondering when I use a prepaid calling card to call my bf on his cellphone in the States would he get charged with international fees? Also I'm using my land phone to call him.
Would my bf get charged when I call him when using a calling card?
he will only be charged the minutes he is using on his cell as if it were any other call. if you are calling when he has free minutes, there is nothing to be charged. it does not matter who is calling a cell phone and from where.

But, some 3rd world countries still charge for incoming mobile phone calls. So be careful sweety :)
Reply:He would not get charged international fees as you are the one placing the call... those charges are yours. However, he will still be charged his airtime minutes as with any other call.
