Do calling card calls show up on cell phone bills?

If you make a call from a calling card from your cell phone, does it show up on the part of the bill that has all of the calls listed on it? Or does it just not show up like on a regular phone bill?

Calling cards DO show up on your cell phone bill as the 800 # that you called and how many minutes you used during that call. Those minutes do count toward your limit.





But, it won't show who you called with that calling card. The only thing that'll show is the 800-XXX-XXXX number.





If you're trying to use a calling card so that the person that pays the bill doesn't see who you are calling, then this will be a great way to do it. They won't know who it is that you're calling.





But if you are trying not to use your minutes up by using a calling card, then this is not going to work. You'll still use up your minutes. But I have a feeling that you don't care about this option. You are more concerned about concealing the phone number of who you are calling.

Reply:yes it shows up. it shows you every time you use your cell phone and you get charged for the minute you use your cell phone. 800 numbers show up too ive tryed it, you get chared every time you use it EVERY TIME YOU USE IT.
Reply:They don't, but I think they use your minutes anyhow.
