Which calling card for long distance calls is the best?

My mom constantly makes calls to Mexico to talk with her family (my aunts) and she buys these calling cards called Bonita Señorita which translates to Pretty Lady. They supposedly give her like 11hrs of talking time for 5 bucks but only put out about 2hrs and 30mins, I wanted to know which long distance calling cards (to Mexico) are worth buying and actually give you the talking time it advertises? Help is appreciated :)
