I am trying to find the best phone card from the US. Does it make a difference if I call a mobile in UK?

Reply:Yes, calling a mobile phone in the UK will be more expensive. I bought a calling card at www.alosmart.com, card name ALO express. It's pretty good, but I'm not sure if it's the best.
