All cheap calling cards etc. seem to be from a landline or to a landline. Are there any numbers to dial first to get cheaper calls from a mobile in this country to a mobile in another country? If there are does the call receiver have to make any payment for accepting the call?
Does anybody know a cheaper way calling from a mobile in England to a mobile abroad?

Reply:The post Office Phone card can be used on a moblie. I think there are three priced cards you can buy, but it clearly says on the back the number to call on a telephone and the number to call on a mobile. Not sure of the prices per minute by mobile but it will be cheaper than straight through
