I use fido cell phone and local incoming and outgoing calls are free. so I need to buy a long distance calling card (from Victoria, Canada to China), which have to be this case: it converts long distance calls into local calls, it works when i buy them at shops, i want to know where i can buy on the internet.
the card bought at shops works in this way: first dail a phone number (like access number..and it says "victoria"), then dail the international calling number
thank you sooooo much
Where can i buy long distance calling card?
I've been using www.uniontelecard.com for a few years now, and I am VERY happy with them. Depending on the calling card you get (they have a whole bunch), you can set it up so it refills automatically, and most of them offer "pin less dialing", which is a great feature. Check them out!
Hope I helped!
Cheers!

Best rate is 1.1 ¢/min

I make a lot of calls from Canada to China also. I usually buy Royal Call which is 1.1 cent / min without maintenance fee + tax. I also buy Champion which is 2.1 cent / min without maintenance fee + tax.
Royal Call is cheapest among all non-maintenance fee cards, but require dial PIN#. Champion doesn't need to dial PIN#, they provide free PIN service. They are both good. Champion is perfect if the rate is 1 cent. Haha...
Good luck!
Reply:usually at a local walgreens or walmart.
