I'm in Pennsylvania. Need to call Ukraine, cell phone mostly. What calling cards company would you suggest?

I know that sometimes their rates are based on local access number.

Onesuite is $0.17 per minute, and Skype (including tax) is $0.15 to landlines, and $0.21 to mobile phones (they publish their "low" rates excluding tax). cheap-international-calling-cards.com, recommended below is actually Tel3 Advantage, but the poster makes a commission off your calls when you sign up. They charge $0.10 per minute to Ukraine if you dial a local access number, or $0.11 per minute. Tel3 is unreliable, the quality is poor to Ukraine, and they will charge you for calls that are never completed (and buy enough credit up front, because they only let you charge once every so many days).





The cheapest and most reliable calling card I have found is the Continental Calling Card, available from http://phonecards.waytorussia.net. Their normal rate is $0.11 to any phone in Ukraine, they have pinless calling, webcall, and you can initiate a call via SMS.





There is no "monthly maintenance fee", and no expiration date. The most important is, unlike the cheaper cards they advertise on waytorussia, these calls are reliable and you can actually hear at both ends of the line.





My wife uses it to call me from Ukraine when I am in the US by sending an SMS - then the system calls us both and we pay $0.11.

its great.. i use it to call friends/family overseas all the time.. Call home phones, cell phones or computer to computer. and its CHEAP as hell











all you need is a mic for your comp.. If you dont have one go to best buy and spend 10 bucks on one.. its worth it
