I have a calling card and am calling someone down there, I was wondering if they have to pay the expensive international calling rates too if I call THEM.
If I call someone in El Salvador with a calling card, do they have to pay international rates to receive it?
nope. incoming calls never cost more.
Reply:They don't charge the recipient any extra charges and that is the reason calling cards come in handy.Prepaid calling cards act literally as middle men and eliminate any extra charges for both parties making and receiving international calls http://cheap-callingcards.nikenya.com/ch...
Reply:just you, $2 will get you about 20 minutes, $5 about an hour. if you call a cell phone it will be more for you. but they dont pay.
